Colour: Pale yellow, transparent, bright, clean.
Aroma: Good aromatic intensity fruity and perfumed wine, wine with very floral and fruity nuances (acacia flower) along with fruity notes (peach, lychee, yellow plum), very enveloping and pleasant
Taste: Fresh, with nuances of fruity wine (ripe white fruit). It is well structured, with a pleasant, sweet, tasty flavor, easy to drink wine and a slightly citric finish that gives it liveliness.
Ideal with exotic cuisine (Japanese, Oriental). Dishes of bittersweet contrasts, salads with fresh fruits (apple, avocado), fish and seafood, with few changes (griddle, steam, etc ...)
Service temperature from 8 to 10º C.
