TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

On the nose, its explosion of primary aromas stands out, where tropical fruit, such as green pineapple and mango, take over. Verdejo of a certain complexity since the more lactic notes end up appearing such as those of lemon yogurt and more subtly those of fresh butter.

TASTE:

Entry into the nose fresh and very tasty with a certain unctuousness, coming from working on lees for 4 months. Long journey and a long finish, the persistence of the fruit reappearing retro-nasal.

MATCHING
It came with a higher flavor point. It combines perfectly with low-fat white fish dishes, seafood and Asian cuisine.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Since its foundation in 2002, its philosophy is to make a vineyard wine with respectful and rigorous work in the field.
