Colour

Straw yellow with green hues, brilliant.

AROMA:

Aromatic and elegant in the nose, where notes are stone fruit (mainly peaches), fresh hay, orange blossom. High aromatic power.

TASTE:

Flavour is very tasty, tropical fruity sensations (pineapple, banana, mango and grapefruit). Long, lingering finish with a very adequate acidity that keeps it fresh in your mouth.

Ideal to serve with a medium-high power taste dishes and fat texture. It is a white with personality and character, to pair with more complex dishes and even with white meats. We serve it with fish sauce, baked turbot, scallops with caviar cream, risotto with mushrooms and asparagus.

Located in the natural park "Gavarres", in St Marti Vell (Girona). Close to an old volcano, surrounded by a forest of 30,000 ha, a refuge from the contamination of other crops. Located in a siliceous-calcareous soil on a rocky subsoil drainage; which gives to the wine tannin’s complexity, finest and smoothest. The orientation of the parcels north side, an ideal rainfall and temperature differences between night and day important, allow development of polyphenols, slow and subtle. Cultivation reasoned and respectful of the environment.
Limited production around 4000 bottles.
