Clean, clear and bright. Very light yellow color with grayish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.
On the nose it presents a remarkable aromatic intensity, a good hallmark of the variety. Very fruity where the notes of tropical fruit stand out with hints of vegetables, herbaceous and floral touches. Very complex in taste.
Entrance in the mouth of great freshness, wide, perfumed and evolving. It has a bitter finish with a well marked acidity. Long and persistent aftertaste.

Tasted the 2014 wine. So very full flavoured.
If the 2016 taste that way, this sauvignon blanc will be my “housewine”
