TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright. Salmon color with grayish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

In the nose, you welcome an explosion of tropical fruits, expressing the notes of Lychee, banana and tropical pineapple. Fresh and very nice.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is sweet and soft in character, the varieties are expressed with all the expression, in which they are perfectly adapted to the Mediterranean climate. Good structure, sweet and with a lively acidity. Elegance in its maximum state.

MATCHING
Its elegance and delicacy makes it the perfect ally for appetizers, rice dishes, grilled seafood and white meat.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Aged for 40 days in French oak barrels and later in the bottle. Serve at a temperature of 10º to 12º.

Blanco con un color ligeramente salmón por proceder de uvas tintas. Paso ligero en nariz. En boca tiene volumen, es fresco, con acidez marcada, fruta blanca madura y un ligero amargor final que lo hace muy gastronómico

Es un vino interesante, por su método de elaboración (blanc de noir). Con un postgusto largo, pero si tuviera que destacar algo negativo, sería la falta de intensidad en sus aromas primarios y algo punzante en su nivel alcohólico.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
