Jean Leon Xarel·lo displays a yellow color with a greenish rim, clean and bright.

AROMA:

On the nose, it stands out with aromas of white fruit, fennel, nutmeg, citrus, and fruity notes.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, smooth, with a very good entry and well-integrated acidity. Persistent finish.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Jean Leon Xarel·lo 2022 is a tribute to the impressive white grape variety xarel·lo and a homage to the Penedès region. This wine marks the debut of the new Nativa range, through which the Jean Leon winery aims to highlight the magnificent native grapes from this prestigious wine region. The Catalan tile inspires this collection, and the compass rose illustrates this fresh and elegant organic white.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
