Colour

Clean and bright. Yellow color with golden reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose we find a white wine with a lot of character and where it radiates personality from all corners. Great aromatic intensity of ripe green apple, fennel, hints of barrel and small balsamic notes.

TASTE:

Energetic mouthfeel. Its acidity is crisp and of a unique verticality. Very tasty finish, long and with some persistence.

This is a wine that leaves no one indifferent at all. A 100% Empordà winery with a way of doing and working deeply rooted in the land. Celler Madremanya begins with a 100% manual agriculture, without any kind of machinery, harvesting the grapes drop by drop, talking to the vineyards, with all due respect for the land and nature, and where they do not add any chemical components.
