WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Coll de Roses vineyards are located at the foot of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, in the foothills of the last mountains of the Pyrenees just before reaching the Mediterranean. The property is located in the village of Roses, on the road that goes to Cadaqués, and all the wines that are produced are under the Denomination of Origin Empordà. The farm is influenced by the Mediterranean climate and has an average precipitation of 400 liters per year. In addition, the north wind typical of the area, the Tramuntana, cools temperatures, with an annual average of 16ºC, and acts as a natural antiseptic for the vineyards. The land of the farm is the result of erosion of the Rhodes Mountains. The complex geology of these mountains influences the vineyards of Coll de Roses. Slate floors provide structure and elegance to the wines. The vineyards of the property planted them in the mid-80s.
