Creamy, fresh, aromatic, with great balance between body and acidity. This is a reserve white wine that pairs very well with grilled fish and stewed poultry, roast turkey, and small game dishes (partridge and turtledove). This Rioja white also pairs wonderfully with medium-high aged cheeses. And if you’re looking for wines for paella, Finca Valpiedra Reserva Blanco is perfect.
