Colour: Intense yellow, with some lemony reflection, bright, clean.
Aroma: Good aromatic intensity, fragrant, enveloping, first of all they appear to us and the aromas of white fruit (yellow apple) are more noticeable, stone fruits (peach, loquat, apricot) may be a further second option. Also the subtle perfume of fine aging lees are present, light toasted, quality wood, enveloping.
Taste: Great taste tour, pleasant both in its passage and its finish. At all times a balance between fruit and barrel-aging. A texture, creamy, slightly greasy but lively and with a dry finish. Interesting wine to enjoy.
