PEÑÍN
Pale yellow with golden reflects. Clean and brilliant appearance.
Good in intensity, sweet aroma in the first impression, like cookies, attractive from the beginning, great contribution of fleshy ripe fruit, banana, floral notes (yellow flower), and slight minerals notes.
Soft entrance in mouth, spicy, sweet and pleasant in the palate and with certain weight and persistence, but fast. Good level of acidity and a bitter short note at the end.
