On the nose, it unveils intense aromas of green apple, pear, and white flowers, with subtle citrus notes that add freshness.
On the palate, it is a wine with excellent acidity and balance, with flavors reminiscent of fresh fruit, accompanied by a light minerality that adds depth.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
