Colour: Straw yellow with greenish tones.
Aroma: Fresh, elegant, clean. Notes of white fruit such as apple and nuances of mandarin, all with a floral background.
Taste: Structured, balanced and dry. Reminds of citrus notes and floral hints. Pleasant end.
Versatile that combines with fish, seafood and fresh soups like "ajoblanco". Suitable with ceviche and sushi. We suggest the pairing with Thai food.
The winery Jorge Ordoñez & Co. was established in 2004 by the families Ordoñez from Malaga and Kracher from Austria, along with a group of friends and entrepreneurs from this city. The newest part of this oenologic proposal was relying winemaking in Austrian winemaker Alois Kracher. His son Gerhard Kracher succeeded him as manager in 2008. Jorge Ordoñez, well-known importer in the United States is the leader of this personal and original project and his sister Victoria Ordoñez is the manager of the warehouse and the winery. In the 2010 vintage, the oenologist Alistair Gardner joined the project as an assistant since he is an expert of the elaboration of dry white wines.
