Complex wine, with high aromatic power, it is frank, interesting, the primary aromas are intertwined with the tertiary ones due to its aging in barrels. Reminiscences of ripe peach, fuji apple, green tea, light roasts, vanilla, smoky notes, quality wood.
Tasty, very well structured, long journey in the gustatory phase, long and persistent, we highlight the sensation of unctuousness, glyceric, fatty, well balanced ( acidity-aging-barrel ), a pleasant silky sensation, light notes of dried fruit, wood very well integrated along with the fruit appreciations and light minerality.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
