Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with grayish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.
On the nose, it is clear and direct. Where the Verdejo grape is very identifiable is this wine. Notes of peach and tropical fruit (mango) are presented and where they are linked with lighter citrus sensations.
Good entry and a good passage through the mouth. The fruit that we find on the nose is very present in the mouth with a clear touch of freshness and certainly vegetable. Long and persistent.
