On the nose, the aromas of characteristic red fruits of the Pinot Noir variety stand out, where raspberries, strawberries and currants stand out. Followed by, and with a fantastic assembly with notes of subtle blackberries and blueberries.
Very tasty mouth-watering, where freshness is very present, followed by good acidity. A corpulent cava, with good persistence and a long finish.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
