A luminous, fine cava.

AROMA:

Its bouquet is dominated by balsamic and mature fruit tones, surrounded by a pleasantly welcoming feeling.

TASTE:

Citric fruits are the order of the day in its lively and fresh, yet serious and structured taste.

MATCHING
Ideal for any time of the day due to its size. Perfect for snacks and appetizers fish. Do not forget to matching or contrasting with traditional desserts balanced sweetness.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Exclusively from our own vines, situated on our estates at Can Romeu (Sant Sadurní d’Anoia), La Pedra Blanca (Subirats) and Can Rosell de la Serra (Torrelavit), all in the “Alt Penedès” region. These old vineyards, planted in loamy soil texture ,highly calcareous soil, provide low-rate production of grapes of high quality in terms of consistency, concentration and expression. Harvesting is carried out manually and all the vines are reared without the use of herbicides or insecticides, to respect local biodiversity and the environment.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
