TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow coloured with golden reflections. Delicate and thin bubble which is forming a constant crown.

AROMA:

It shows an average aromatic intensity, scents of ripe golden apples, quince, floral touches while also is showing more developed nuances such as toasted bread and pastry hints.

TASTE:

Fresh, Oily, dry and slightly fruity, delicate in the mouth and well structured. Long persistence and very tasty.

MATCHING
It pairs very well with dishes such as scallops au gratin, tomatoes with buffala’s mozzarella and basil oil, canelloni of duck and mushrooms, and also with some desserts. It’s a very suitable cava.for lots of dishes and for enjoy during a meal.

Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise.
