Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Pale yellow color with grayish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose expresses itself with delicacy and elegance with the aromas of citrus, green apple and light toasted notes.

TASTE:

In the mouth with the same elegance as in the nose. Smooth, light and pleasant acidity. Fresh finish.

Sashimi, fried fish, vegetarian food, snacks, salads, pastas, etc.

Manual harvesting, direct pressing of the grapes and fermentation in concrete tanks. Fermentation ends in a bottle, generating carbon dioxide from the natural sugars found in the grapes. This method is called the "Ancestral Method" and is also known as the "Pét-Nat". No filtering or added sugars.
