TASTING NOTE
Colour: Bright coppery pink. Carbonic thin and elegant.
Aroma: Elegant and complex aroma with a combination of red fruit jam (almost sweet), fine pastries, nuts and some balsamic.
Taste: The palate is round, with very good sugar-acid balance and a pleasant aftertaste.
MATCHING
It is a very versatile cava which offers plenty to pair it. Ideal for a cool summer lunch (roast beef), appetizers, we could also take it with sweet foods (soup of red fruit, as its sweetness and acidity combine with this cava).
