WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Malvasia is a typical grape from the Catalan coastal region, which has always produced excellent dessert wines. With this in mind, the first sweet Malvasia cava has been specially designed for connoisseurs of fine cava.
The expedition liqueur is produced from must from the same variety of grape, which gives the cava its unique personality.

Francesc Ferrer Sala founded in 1861 the Sala House, the first brand of wine exports San Sadurní. His son, John Sala Tubella, continued the business, and after the marriage of his daughter Dolors Sala Vivé with Pere Ferrer Bosch there started in cava business in 1914. From the moment they decided to produce only cava, a natural sparkling wine. Settled their cellars at San Sadurní, a town in the heart of the Penedès region.
