Pale pink with some peachy reflection.

AROMA:

Fragrant, sensual, very aromatic, reminiscent of red fruits ( cherries, sour cherries ).

TASTE:

Pleasant liveliness in the mouth, very tasty, fruity character, reminiscent of red apple sensations and light persistent purple flower perfumes.

Ideal with Mediterranean, vegan cuisine, it harmonizes perfectly with many Italian dishes ( pasta with aromatic herbs, pizzas, boletus risotto ).

An intense and organic pink in nature.
