Colour

Pale pink with some grayish reflection, clean, bright.

AROMA:

Good intensity, subtle, fragrant, fruity, hints of redcurrants and red strawberry caramels with cream. Slightly floral finish.

TASTE:

It is sweet, with great gustatory freshness, fruity wine with hints of fresh cherries. Sapid finish that encourages drinking.

With Provencal Mediterranean cuisine, vegetarian ( salads and vegetables ), excellent with fish and seafood rice, also raw molluscs and crustaceans, steam or grilled ( mussels, oysters ).
