AROMA:

Very pleasant, primary aromas, red fruit, elegant, enveloping and with a high olfactory persistence.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is wide and unctuous, we have tastes and memories of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and a slight vegetable sensation.

Very versatile wine, excellent pairing with Mediterranean cuisine, and unbeatable with rice and pasta, even Asian-Japanese.

The vineyards, with a surface area of 100 hectares, are located in the center of the Alt Penedés region, an ideal region for the production of wine and cava. Naveran is the surname of a family dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards and the artisan production of their own wines and cavas. Their wineries are located on the Can Parellada estate (Torrelavit). The fact of being winegrowers, that is, of cultivating the vines and making the wines, controlling at all times the growth and quality of the grape and making innovative coupages to starting with your own varieties. Naveran treats the vines with strictly ecological methods, no pesticides or herbicides are used, organic fertilizers are used and, in the event of excessive rainfall, the grapes are dropped to guarantee the quality of the harvest. Elaboration: The pinot noir grape is harvested at its optimum maturity, harvested and pressed without any type of maceration so as not to increase the color.
