TASTING NOTE
Colour

Visually, it is clean and bright, showing an onion skin color.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is clean and honest, with dominant aromas of white fruit, especially apple.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is very light and easy to drink, with a good balance of acidity and alcohol.

MATCHING
Summer wine par excellence for fresh salads with combinations of fruits, strawberries, salmon, fish tartare, cod carpacio, with tomato zest and black olives with argudell oil from the Empordà. Grilled vegetables roasted. Fish cakes such as scorpionfish pie with shrimp and cold sauces. Fresh pasta with different combinations, vegetables, seafood.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Located in the Mansos de Pals, a privileged place in the shelter of the Begur and Montgrí mountains. In turn, the sandy and limestone terrain, as well as its proximity to the sea and the microclimate of the area, makes the wines produced have their own personality.
Organic farming is practiced and the harvest is done by hand, to preserve and respect the vine and the territory that supports it as much as possible
Mas Geli is a family project (Pérez Cansell) parents and children. The technical direction of this project is in charge of the winemaker Agustí Torelló Sibill.

Wines rosés designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
