TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, limpid and bright. Light salmon color (onion skin) with slightly grayish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

In the nose, it emphasizes its freshness that seduces you from the first contact, and where you add a really charming elegance. They emphasize their aromas of fresh red fruit, floral, and subtly balsamic touches where species such as cinnamon and vanilla take center stage. Without a doubt in the nose, it expresses a sensitivity and sweetness that will hardly leave you indifferent.

TASTE:

A majestic delicate entrance, where the floral aromas reappear. It is a long wine, with a route and with very good persistence, which combines and fuses with acidity, freshness and a touch of sweetness that will hardly leave you indifferent.

MATCHING
Its elegance and its Mediterranean touch make it ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood, and of course, Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Rosé de Languedoc made mainly with the Monastrell variety, planted in calcareous clay terrains with pebbles located in the Saint-Drézéry vineyard.

Rosado pálido muy aromatico, fresco, fácil de beber. Ideal para una buena ensalada, pescado blanco o un buen plato de pasta. salud
