Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with ruby reflections. Medium / high layer intensity.

AROMA:

On the nose, aromas of black fruit, violet flower and a hint of licorice are present. All assembled with a mineral finish, elegant and extremely complex.

TASTE:

Entry in the mouth with very good volume. It is a well structured round wine, which harmonizes perfectly with a very pronounced softness. Long finish with silky tannins.

MATCHING
Cooked red meats, sausages and cured cheeses combine perfectly with Viña Pomal Alto de la Caseta.
