Colour

Clean and bright. Intense cherry color with slightly orange highlights. Medium layer intensity. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is pure fragrance. The intensity of the fruit on matured with the floral and spicy touch makes it perfectly balanced. Toast minutes and toast appear minerals and give it an extraordinary complexity.

TASTE:

Fresh mouth with character. The passage through the palate again develops the fruit that appeared in the nose. Integrated tannins and an acidity present. Long, fresh and persistent finish.

Perfect with cold meats, feather game meats, roasts and cheeses.

The good moment of the Bierzo owes a lot to Raúl Pà © rez. Natural of this region, he has created masterpieces with the autochthonous grape that they have conquered the world, such as Ultreia de Valtuille 2011.
