Clean and bright. Intense cherry color with slightly orange highlights. Medium layer intensity. Very nice to see.
On the nose, it is pure fragrance. The intensity of the fruit on matured with the floral and spicy touch makes it perfectly balanced. Toast minutes and toast appear minerals and give it an extraordinary complexity.
Fresh mouth with character. The passage through the palate again develops the fruit that appeared in the nose. Integrated tannins and an acidity present. Long, fresh and persistent finish.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
