Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Ruby color with garnet reflections, and where it stands out, a medium / high layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose it is an explosion of ripe fruit, where you are seduced by the notes of blackberries, raspberries and candied plums, on a spicy background and Mediterranean herbs.

TASTE:

Mouthwash with good density. Passing through a velvety palate with warm and present tannins, where they lead you to a delicate and elegant fruit. Long finish, structured and very persistent.

Its complexity and density make it the perfect companion to accompany the most structured dishes of our cuisine; roasted game meats, stews, roasts, grilled red meats, etc!

Somiadors is presented as the most lively, passionate and contemporary interpretation of "Tramontana wines", the result of the tenacity of Empordà winemakers who have traditionally had to defy the wind and poor soils, difficult to till, to obtain the best of this land. The fourth 7 Magnífics is made from the two most representative varieties of the DO Empordà viticultural mosaic, the cariñena and the garnacha, also called lledoner in this region. The grapes are meticulously selected and, for the most part, come from small patches of old vines scattered throughout the Alt Empordà, at an altitude that rarely exceeds 230 meters above sea level. Somiadors is the fourth wine of 7 Magnífics, a wine project of the viticulture and oenology team of Bodegas Torres, which was born with the aim of being a reflection and tribute to the territories where they are born.
