Colour: Intense cherry colour with tones of his youth in the edging.
Aroma: Intense aromas, with plenty of nuances which highlight the very ripe black fruit, joined with a multitude of aromas of good ageing in noble wood. Fund pepper, vanilla features, accompanied by roasted and balsamic aromas.
Taste: In the mouth has a very strong entry, appreciating a wine very fleshy, with sweet tannins and pleasant, leaving a pleasant aftertaste and oily.
Red meats, sausages, roast lamb with wild herbs, and even a mushroom risotto and asparagus.
