Colour

Dark cherry colour, high layer with purple iridescence on the edge. Clean and bright.

AROMA:

Intense and balanced, aromas of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) and floral notes.

TASTE:

Silky, fresh and full bodied, balanced tannins. Elegant, good taste of fresh fruit with floral hints. Long and persistent.

MATCHING
Sausage, rice, pasta, vegetables, potatoes, red and white meats roasted or grilled, feathered game, not too spicy stews and cheese.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Sierra Cantabria makes its wines with the Eguren personal seal. SIERRA CANTABRIA is wines which have nurtured in the growing and making, wrapped by the characteristics conferred by the Sonsierra riojana.

Not really my taste.
It has quite a weard aftertaste, for the enthousiast.
