TASTING NOTE
Colour

Corpulent and fine wine.

AROMA:

Intense notes of chocolate in nose, black fruits and vanilla.

TASTE:

In palate is striking, round and silky, unctuous with subtle hints of the glycerine. Touches of fruits linger in the aftertaste, with mineral notes.
This is a full-bodied wine, but easy to drink at the same time.

MATCHING
Dishes of medium-high gustatory power.
Meats and traditional stews such as duck with fruits (orange, baked pears…). Chicken with pine nuts and plum. White sauced meats.
Very interesting with stewed fish, such as cod in “ajoarriero” style or a “marmitako”, typical from Basque country.

Me encanta Matsu...perro de las 6 botellas que recibe 3 ya van con efervescencia. Parece que se apresuraron demasiado, parece que el MLF no completó.

Wines reds designation of origin D.O. Toro
The denomination of origin Toro was founded on 1987, a wine-growing zone that is gaining prestige due to the quality of its wines, better and better every year and highly recognized in fairs and specialized contests. The region is irrigated by the Duero River, between the regions of Zamora and Valladolid, in the east and the west respectively. It comprises the more occidental part of the Castilla y León community. The vines reach a surface of 5.800 hectares with an annual wine production of barely 10 millions of liters.
