Aroma: Black fruit, aromatic plants, spices and a mineral end, show us the expression of an Empordà land.

A suggestive and complex wine that blends perfectly with the most delicate and delicate dishes of our cuisine. We can pair it with the typical home-made roasts, and of course, with sea and mountain dishes such as cuttlefish with peas or chicken with crayfish. A wine as versatile as our cuisine.

A wine to keep with the varieties of Carinyena, Garnatxa and Syrah from a selection of manually harvested old vineyards to get the best grapes to this wine Flor d'Empordà, made by Vinyes d'Olivardots with the collaboration of Vins i Licors Grau (Grauonline).
Carme Casacuberta, with a degree in Chemical sciencies and winemaker, together with his husband Antoni Pena, industrial engineer, moved by their passion for wine launched in 2002 the project Olivardots in the term of Capmany. Located in a unique area and enclosed in 4 hectares of vine, in 2006 they built up the winery, designed to work with the help of the gravity, and adding new techniques to preserve the traditional working systems. Vinyes d'Olivardots currently has 9 hectares of vineyard owned.
