WHO CAN CONTRACT
Gómez Cruzado El Predilecto is made with grapes from the Sierra de Cantabria (Tempranillo) and from the highlands of Najerilla (Garnacha). The vinification takes place in conical stainless steel tanks with daily pump-overs and délestage to achieve greater extraction of the fruit. The malolactic fermentation occurs in new French oak barrels, where it remains for 5 months.
