Colour

Of ripe cherry color, clean and bright.

AROMA:

Intense and clean with aromas of oak aging, memories roasted nuts and spicy notes.

TASTE:

With pleasant hints of cocoa and dark chocolate, with well integrated tannins and delicate notes of ripe fruit.

Consume preferably at 18 ° C. Ideal with stews and all meats and roasts.

The grapes are harvested in the optimal condition of maturity. Once the grape stemmed and crushed, is moved to stainless steel tanks where is fermented at a monitored temperature of 26/28ºC with constant pumping that let the maximum extraction of aromas and color. After this process and the malolactic fermentation, the ageing starts in American oak barrels during 12 months, turning to bottle until the refine.
