Colour

Clean and bright Intense purple color with violet reflections. Medium layer intensity. Very nice to sight.

AROMA:

Explosive entry of fruit in its maximum state, where the presence of black fruit is very present. I with the corresponding oxygenation of the wine to the glass the aromas of red fruit flow.

TASTE:

The intense black fruit appears on the palate with a red background in the background. It shows very good balance; round, fresh, harmonious and with an admirable firmness.

Ideal with fresh dishes without much load of flavor. Salads, fresh pasta with mushrooms, cannelloni, cold cuts and soft cheeses.

Bodegas Menade was founded in 2005, but Alejandra, Marco and Richard are the sixth generation of a family dedicated to wine.   The true history of the family began in 1820, when the ancestors cultivated the vineyard in diverse localities today assigned to the D.O. Wheel. The elaboration of the wines was carried out in what today has been baptized as 'Menade by Secala', an underground cellar excavated in the rock at the beginning of the 19th century.   Then, La Seca counted in its urban core with numerous wineries, now collapsed by the passage of time and the impossibility of maintaining them. 'Menade by Secala' preserves the architecture of its beginnings, although with subsequent improvements, a perfect place for barrels, vats and historical bottles to rest in peace due to homogeneous temperature and humidity conditions throughout the year.   Each of the generations of the family began to elaborate their wines in this historic wine press and each of them had a pioneering vision in the area to make quality wines; But in the early 2000s the Sanz brothers decided to start their own project: Alejandra in export and communication, Marco in viticulture and Richard in oenology, based on respect for nature and the return to tradition.
