Very intense aroma of black fruits – blackberries, blueberries, plums – with fine notes of pastry and cocoa, very spicy, with some hints of underbrush herbs like rosemary and lavender.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is enveloping, with great body and structure, very complex, with certain sensations of ripe fruit and mineral hints, giving it a long and persistent finish.

MATCHING
Perfect for pairing with rice, red and white meats, roasts, game, cheeses, and pâtés. Exquisite with dark chocolate and desserts that include red fruits.
