TASTING NOTE
Colour: Intense and vivid, opaque violet with bluish edges.
Aroma: The aroma is an explosion of freshness with red anf black fruit, enveloped in suggestive, smoky tones that lend a sweetness to the sensation of freshness.
Taste: A very fresh attack, with and expanding progression, the firts thing that surprises is the return of the presence of fruit sensed in the nose combined with light lactic tones and the sweetness of toasted wood and smoke.
MATCHING
This wine is able to surprise us with a lot of meals, because we can take it with the most traditional stews (including Christmas stews) yet the most gourmet dishes based on meat.
