Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections, and where it has a medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose it gives us the notes of cabernet, the floral touches of violets, the notes of red and black fruit, where blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries and blackberries stand out and where they manage to end with the vegetable aromas, offering us small flashes of pepper.

TASTE:

Amazing mouthfeel. Fruity on the palate, fresh and with elegant tannins that lead us to a light mineral touch very characteristic of the land where it comes from.

It is a versatile wine and can be served with roasted red meat dishes, grilled chops and cured cheese.

The Bolet family has been cultivating vines and making wines for more than seven generations. In 1890, Josep Bolet Martí dealt with the phylloxera plague by replanting all the vineyards of his property with American feet and later injecting the black and white varieties typical of the region. Over the years, together with his son Jaume Bolet Galofrè, they brought new vineyard plantations to the 65 hectares they cultivate today. In the seventies, Antoni Bolet Pascual modernized the winery by installing new machines and tanks, all made of stainless steel.

Located in the center of the Penedès region, the vineyards are located on the estates: Mas Lluet, Can Planes d'en Perull and Les Conilleres, all of them in Castellví de la Marca, with different areas and altitudes of the municipality. The 66 hectares of vineyards are cultivated through the system of organic farming, controlled by the CCPAE, the official body of organic agricultural production in Catalonia.

From the selection of their best vineyards, they obtain the flower must called "primas". Only with this material are their select wines and cavas made, the result of the work they have done throughout the year with the dedication and passion of the whole family.
