TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with ruby reflections. Medium / high layer intensity. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

On the nose it is pure explosiveness. The aromas are expressed with force and character where the fruit gathers and has a great role: cherries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, plums, figs, blueberries, all with computed sensations. Good range of species in its olfactory phase.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth with a great sensation of volume. It presents tannins of great maturity in which they are balanced and fresh. Round and forceful.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
“La Poza de Ballesteros” is a vineyard settled on a gentle slope of clay-calcareous soils on a silty substrate. Poor, strong, compact and deep soils. Vineyard facing west "

Located in Elvillar at 600 m altitude, settled on a clay-calcareous soil. Viticulture of maximum respect for the environment, they do not use pesticides or herbicides, always defending organic viticulture.

Vinification in open tanks with cold maceration for 24-48 hours and fermentation for 10-12 days with two daily treading and a small pumping over. Malolactic aging in barrels
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
