Red Arínzano Gran Vino
INFORMATION OF INTEREST Red Arínzano Gran Vino 2010
TASTING NOTE
Colour: Clean, clear and bright. Maroon color with slightly violet reflections, with a medium to high layer intensity. Very nice to see.
Aroma: The first contact in the cup, the power is the one who welcomes you. With the right aeration, the primary and tertiary aromas link to each other, where the black and red fruit blend with the hints of truffle and the slight hues of chocolate.
Taste: Entry into the mouth with the same power that was presented in the nose. Its passage is fresh and dense, but where it evolves and melts on the palate as if it were a candy. Firm tannins with a long, persistent and subtly mineral finish.
MATCHING
To accompany, ideal with lamb chops, baked goat, Iberian pork secret with sauce, beef with mushrooms, pork stew with chickpeas, etc ...
