Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Intense notes of citrus fruits such as lemon and orange peel, with nuances of exotic fruit (pear and mango), accompanied by sweet notes of a balsamic character such as peppermint and honey, with toasted notes.

TASTE:

Very pleasant entry, glyceric and medium sweetness. Creamy, fresh and fatty, with a persistent and balanced finish.

This place has been recognized for the excellence of its vineyards since the 11th century, when Mr. Sancho Fortuñones de Arínzano first made wines on the property.

Arínzano stands out for the exclusivity of the terroir, its history, art and environment. An example of this is the design of the winery, which was created by the prestigious Spanish architect Rafael Moneo.

Their wines aim to express the unique character of their vineyards. And to do this, they use the most advanced techniques to guarantee artisanal treatment throughout the production process, as well as the desire to develop viticulture that respects and favors the natural environment.

Aging:

12 months of aging, 70% of the time in stainless steel and the remaining 30% in French oak barrels.
