INFORMATION OF INTEREST Abadal 3.9 2011
Colour: Highly intense cherry red with a dark terracotta edge.
Aroma: Aromatic opening with balsamic tones of liquorice and mint, giving way to ripe plum and, in its fullness, fresher notes of red fruits (cherry and redcurrant). Background of vanilla and spices from the barrel.
Taste: It is full and powerful in the mouth, with a gentle yet present homogeneity of tannins. Long evolution with final notes of cocoa and blackcurrant.
All types of meat, although especially long-lasting meals where the subtlety finds room to express itself. Ideal for milder seasons and lingering after meals.
