Colour

Cherry red in color, with a light body, it stands out with forest fruit notes, along with citrus fruit and aromatic herbs, clearly reflecting the environment surrounding the wine.

AROMA:

Spicy and undergrowth memories, aromas of ripe fruit with liquor-like sensations, touches of licorice and slight floral hints, with a constant balsamic note (pine needles, rosemary, lavender, ...). Smooth but direct on the palate, with a pronounced acidity.

TASTE:

The aromatic memory confirms the fruity richness (forest strawberry, pomegranate, cherry), supported by a fragrance of aniseed, fennel, and verbena, which add depth.
