Colour

Wide layer of cherry color, with good intensity. Clean and bright

AROMA:

Very aromatic and complex. With notes of red fruits reminiscent of cranberries and compote fruit, light memories of roasted, truffled and smoked due to its barrel aging.

TASTE:

A wine with body, with noble tannins from its barrel aging. Post-taste spicy and olfactory memories of red fruit, long, fine and very pleasant. A really attractive wine.

MATCHING
Ideal for medium / high taste dishes (for example)
- Veal Steak with mushroom sauce, beef stew with potatoes and / or duck with red fruit sauce.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
It is recommended to uncork and decant between 30 and 45 minutes before, to be able to appreciate its full aromatic potential and fullness.
