Crimson-coloured wine.

AROMA:

On the nose outstands notes of candied fruit (plums, dried figs and Italian cherry tomatoes), orange peel and Japanese green tea.

TASTE:

The palate is creamy, very tasty with an original balance between tannic acidity and sweetness.

MATCHING
It is a reference wine inside the sweet range, ideal for desserts, we suggest taking it with coulant of Jijona nougat, winter fruits with iced green tea.
