AROMA:

Very complex, opulent, rich, excellent. Conjunction of raisiny fruit notes with nuts, roasted and smoked. All about spicy background.

TASTE:

Powerful attack while soft and delicate. Sublime palate recalling raisins, nuts, coffee, cocoa and pepper. Long and persistent end.

Perfect to drink it alone to feel its organoleptic qualities, suitable with ham or cheese.

Singular Jewel began her journey in the vintage of 1986, when we selected the best wines of Viña square and filled a total of twelve old American oak casks that, over the years, have been depleted to 3 exclusive barrels. This makes it a limited edition wine, only 2,800 half-liter bottles.
Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana was founded in 1792 by Roque Verjano, and was at the end of the 19th century when under the direction of D. Eduardo Hidalgo Verjano, the company grew to become one of the most important in the region and main producer of Manzanilla. The Plantation is divided into Pagos of Balbaína and Miraflores. Bodegas Hidalgo philosophy is to combine traditional methods of aging in american oak and the most advanced technologies.
