TASTING NOTE
Colour
Clean, clear and bright. Pale yellow with lemon shades. Very nice to see.
AROMA:
Very expressive, citrus - tangerine and orange peel - medlar, peach in syrup. Orange blossom on a subtle background of honey and aromatic herbs, rosemary, thyme and mint.
TASTE:
Friendly, light entry with great presence of fruit. Very refreshing finish that balances the sweetness and invites you to drink another drink.
MATCHING
Macedonias, pastry cream, fresh fruit casseroles, meringues, pineapple carpaccio. Papaya mousse. Mango custard. Its acidity gives it other possibilities, such as foies and cheeses, especially soft pasta. Ideal as a mid-afternoon wine for "just" drinking with good conversation.
To enhance the beauty of this wine we suggest using it between 7 °C and 9 °C.

Organic and biodynamic viticulture:
Based on the careful observation and treatment of the factors that influence our land and its habitat. We do not apply herbicides or chemical pesticides, we use natural resources with the main objective of maintaining the balance of the environment and we maintain spontaneous vegetal cover to obtain fluffy soil. Through biodynamics, a step beyond ecology, we live our vineyards and seek to increase their biodiversity levels: we apply infusions and decoctions of plants to avoid pests, and we make our own preparations and our own animal compound and vegetable from our vegetable garden Elaboration: medicinal and from our farm of cows, sheep and horses.
Elaboration:
Gramona Vi de Glass is made since 1997. Currently, after years of research, this wine is made with a new prototype powered by two freezing chambers that work at -15oC with the help of liquid nitrogen, which improves the freezing the grapes, achieving more speed and homogeneity in the process. The must remains in the stainless steel tank for 2 1/2 months fermenting. This fermentation takes longer than usual due to the high sugar content. Very concentrated, sweet and refreshing fruity wines are obtained at the same time.
