Colour

Golden yellow with golden reflections, it forms a precious and constant pearl, very small but present bubble. Brilliant, forms a good crown.

AROMA:

Complexity in its maximum expression and subtlety, hints of roasted apple, jam of plum compote, fine pastry, notes of its long aging, nuts, an endless number of olfactory nuances.

TASTE:

Elegant, tasty, enveloping, minimal bubbles, a caress on the palate, vinous sensations, finesse, long and persistent, a creamy touch that makes it very pleasant.

We will treat it as a great white wine, with a very long aging. Great gourmet dishes, baked fish, elvers, fish with sauces, Basque hake, turbot. We could also enjoy it with white meats, even a suckling lamb baked at a low temperature and with an excellent Iberian ham.

Based on the careful observation and treatment of the factors that influence our land and its habitat. We do not apply chemical herbicides or pesticides, we use natural resources with the main objective of maintaining the balance of the environment and we maintain spontaneous vegetal cover to obtain fluffy soil. Through biodynamics, a step beyond ecology, we live our vineyards and seek to increase their biodiversity levels: we apply infusions and decoctions of plants to avoid pests, and we make our own preparations and our own animal compound and vegetables from our medicinal vegetable garden and from our cows, sheep and horses farm.
