Colour

Greenish yellow color

AROMA:

Very subtle and elegant aroma, slightly creamy notes of fine and aniseed lees (fennel) with hints of white fruit (pear).

TASTE:

The palate is full and fatty, with a good fruity expression, an anguished retronasal.

MATCHING
ideal for salty snacks, seafood, all kinds of fish and some red meat not very fat.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Finca Viladellops is next to the castle of Olèrdola, in the wine area of Penedès, 45 km. from Barcelona. The origins of Olèrdola go back to the Iberians; and its historical and strategic importance has been perpetuated over time, being in the medieval era a city bordering the Muslim world.

On the slope of the mountain that surrounds the winery, you can see the terraces with olive trees, almond trees and vineyards, crops that have constituted since time immemorial the agricultural base of the property

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
